It is generally understood, and often preached too, that Hinduism does not relate to this world.
Hinduism is believed to be related to PARA UNIVERSE AND SPIRITUALITY ONLY.
Hinduism, actually, does not support this erroneous view at all.
Ved orders its followers:

Utkraamaatah, purush! maav patthaa
mr’tyoh padveeshamavmunchamaanah,
maachchhitthaa asmaallokaadagneh sooryasy’ sandr’shah.’

‘Step up from here, O man! FALL NOT DOWN. LOOSENING DOWN THE FETTER OF DEATH. Be not severed from this world, from the sight of one who leads to light, of the sun.’

Udyaanam te, purush! naavyaanam,
jeevaatum te daxtaatim kr’n’omi.
Aa hi rohemamamr’tam sukham rathmath

Though it is quite right that Hinduism is the everfirst Philosophy/System of life that preaches spirituality, its goal is not, and was not ever, SANYAS, the renunciation.

‘Only Doing works here

‘I have bestowed the land/earth upon the Aary’/better. I’ve rain upon the one who donates and never forgets that one has to die. I guided forth the loudly roaring waters/beauties/deeds.
The divine ones moved according to my discipline.’

Aham bhoomimadadaamaary
‘I have bestowed the land/earth upon the Aary’/better.’
FOR WHAT?
To renunciate it?
If so, there was no need to BESTOW IT ITSELF ab initio.
Why this useless (Shanno Mitrah! Shaantam Paapam!) bounty then?
If ultimately it was to be renunciated, why bestow it ab initio?
So, it’s quite natural to understand that the land/earth ‘bhoomim’ has been bestowed upon the ‘Aary’/the better’ to enjoy it–‘Bhunjeethaa”Enjoy thyself’, NOT ‘Tyajeethaa’ Renounce thyself’.
Shri Ramcharit Manas describes the attributes of ‘Ram Raajy’:
‘Chaariu charan dharm jag maaheen,
poori rahaa sapnehun agh naaheen.’

‘Dharm had filled the universe with all its four steps. There was no sin at all, even in dreams.’

What are these four steps of Dharm?
Dharm, Arth, Kaam and Mox, naturally.
Lord Ram never resorted to Sanyas.
Lord Kr’shn never did it, too.
Lord Ram is called MARYADA PURUSOTTAM.
Lord Kr’shn is called YOGESHVAR.
What do you mean?
They did not know even WHAT HINDUISM IS?

And they did ‘Dharmsantānam, Dharmsansthāpan, even without knowing it?
Nonsense!

Hinduism proposes a strong and joint family even.

This order was so important, in the eyes of Ved, that it repeats it again, in Atharv Ved, explaining how its followers’ homes should be:

‘Abide only here, both of you, never be separated, Enjoying your entire life:

Why?

Because only a strong family can protect a person from all the possible circumstances he/she may has to face.
It can protect a person from madness and suicides too, eventually, if it’s needed.
Hinduism extends this proposal to the entire humankind even:

Udaarcharitaanaam tu VASUDHAIV KUTUMBKAM.’
‘This is MINE or THINE, is the counting of people of small consciousness. To the persons of LIBERAL CHARACTER, but, the entire Multiverse is a family.’

‘Om! for food/the energy of desire/the will power, thee. For energy, thee. Breezes are ye. Divine Creator impel, you all, to noblest work. Complete properly, Inviolable female! share for the controller of organs.Rich in offspring/subject. Free from sickness. Free from diminishing. No thief rule on you, no evil-praiser. Be constant in this master of ‘go’, numerous! Guard the cattle of the worshiper.’

It is clear from this Mantr, thus, that Yajurved does not deal with definitions, as R’g Ved did.
It deals with family and politics.
Family:
‘Complete properly, Inviolable female! share for the controller of organs. Rich in offspring/subject. Free from sickness. Free from diminishing.’
aapyaayadhvamaghnyaa’indraay’ bhaagam prajaavateeranameevaa’ayaxmaa. ‘

Politics:
‘No thief rule on you, no evil-praiser.’
maa v’ sten eishat maaghshagvaongso.’

Throughout Yajurved, we find these two subjects, mainly, dealt with.
So, from Yajurved, the applications of the definitions, given profoundly in R’g Ved, starts.

‘No thief rule on you, no evil-praiser.
maa v’ sten eishat maaghshagvaongso.

This instruction was necessary, as Ved preaches DEMOCRACY:
Samaano mantrah samitih sammanee.’
Common principles, common assembly.’

In democracy, thus, it is necessary that every one must be aware of what’s happening in politics.
You can’t be unconscious to it.
Don’t vote ever for a thief.
Don’t vote ever for the persons who praise evil.
They’ll work against democracy, and will destroy it eventually.
‘Sam samidyuvase vr’shanngne! vishvaanyary’ aa
idaspade samidhyase s’ no vasoonyaa bhar.’

‘O Showrer Agni ! Lord ! to mix up/ to unite all, completely, for the post on Earth, to kindle rightly, you! bring unto us dwellings and treasures (vasooni).’

Why democracy?
1st: ‘samidhyase’: to mix up/to unite (‘yu mishran’e’ Adādigan’ 2|24) all (vishvaani) completely (sam sam it).
2nd:  ‘Idaspde’: for the post(pad) on Earth (‘idah’:Nighantu 1|1|15).
3rd:  ‘samidhyse’: to kindle rightly.
4th:  ‘vasoonyaa bhar’: bring (aa bhar) unto us (no) dwellings & treasures (vasooni).’

1. This is the ninth Mandal/Book of R’gved.

R’shi: Madhuchchhandā Mahimvat Vaishvāmitr

The word ‘Mahimvat’ is honorific, added in the name, meaning ‘glorious’.

Dévtā: Pavmān Som

i.e. The Sexual intercourse/ the couple authorized for it, that purify.

It is generally understood that the Sexual intercourse impurify the concerned couple.

This entire ninth Mandal, the entire 114 Sookts/hymns are devoted here to explain why every Sexual intercourse does not impurify the concerned couple.

There is a wide difference between the Sexual intercourse, performed to satisfy one’s animal desire; and the Sexual intercourse that is performed for the growth and survival of humanity.

Ved/Eīshān Param Brahm Parmātmā calls this second Sexual intercourse ‘Pavmān Som’, not the first one.

Chhand/Meter: 1 Nichr’d Gāyatrī

Svar: 1 Shadj

The Mandal/Book contains 114 Sookts/hymns.

The first Sookt/hymn contains 10 Mantrs/Verses.

2. ‘Svādishŧhayā.

Its sweetness is not for destruction.

It is for creativity:

Ath Saumyah. Somo rétodhāh. Mithun év réto dadhāti’.

‘Now, about Som. Som are the holder of semen, individually. The couple authorized for Sexual intercourse, is the only one that holds semen.’

3. ‘madishŧhayā’.

Exhilarating, exciting, elating, thrilling, enlivening, invigorating, lifting, bracing, and heady.

This sexual intercourse, or the couple authorized to perform it, is not exciting; because Eīshān Param Brahm Parmātmā wanted us all to have animal pleasure.

Ved recognizes the fact that we human beings are, basically, social animals.

Ved does not deny it.

Ved emphasizes the fact that only education and training can convert these basic animals into human beings, nothing else.

If this education and training is not arranged for, the basic animal can show his/her basic animal instincts in his/her social attitudes too:

‘Vi tishŧhantām māturasyā upasthānnānāroopāh

pashavo jāymānāh,

sumangalyup sīdémamagnim

sampatnī prati bhūshéh dévān.’

‘Let there come forth from the genital organ of this mother, animals of various forms, being born.

Beautiful benevolent! Sit down on this Agni, proper wife! confer culture to the divine ones here.’
