‘Maa phaleshu kadaachan’: ‘Never in results.’

Maa phaleshu kadaachan:

Never in results.

DSM Satyarthi

A shlok from Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta is very much in reference:
‘Karmanyevaadhikaaraste maa phaleshu kadaachan,
maa karmphlheturbhoormaa te sango’stvakarmani.’

‘Your right is in WORK ONLY, NEVER IN RESULTS.
Don’t be KARMPHALHETU. Don’t be obsessed in worklessness.’
Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta: 2/47

This shlok is very much referred to, even by the persons, who don’t believe in Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta or Hinduism.
It’s widely interpreted that it calls to blind work, not caring even the slightest, for the results.
If this interpretation is correct, this shlok negates the entire Hinduism.
Hinduism is based, ab initio, on INTELLECT, not on beliefs, like Abrahamic religions:
It’s moolmantr is:
‘Bhoorbhuvah svah! tatsaviturvarenyam
bhargo deasy’ dheemahi,
DHIYO YO NAH PRACHODAYAT.’

‘(Vow:) The Existence! The Consciousness! The Bliss! We meditate on that Creator of all, worthy to be chosen, Pure, Divine, WHO GUIDE OUR WISDOMS.’
-Ved: 2 Yajurved: 36/3
‘DHIYO YO NAH PRACHODAYAT.’
‘WHO GUIDE OUR WISDOMS.’
What do our wisdoms say?
Work blindly?
Don’t think ever to what your work will lead you?
Never.

Then why ”YAATHAATATHYATAH‘, ‘ACCORDING TO FACTS’?

S’ paryyagaachchhukramakaayamavra namasnaaviragvang shuddhamapaapviddham.
Kavirmaneeshee paribhooh svayambhooryaathaatathyato’art haanvyadadhaachchhaashvateebhy ah samaabhyah.’

‘He has been attained from everywhere–
Bright,Bodiless,Woundless,Sine wless, the Pure that evil hasn’t pierced.
Intelligent, Analyzer, Omnipresent, Self existent, has constituted aims, ACCORDING TO FACTS,unto everlasting subjects/ years.’

Ved 2Yajurved: 40|8

These two Mantrs:
‘DHIYO YO NAH PRACHODAYAT.’
‘WHO GUIDE OUR WISDOMS.’
and,
‘YAATHAATATHYATAHACCORDING TO FACTS
do not support the interpretation, so widely is being fed to us.
Then what is the real interpretation of the said shlok of Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta?

Actually what did our Lord Kr’shn tell to Arjun here, so that ultimately he fought aggressively, and won Maha Bharat?

He said,’Arjun! We can’t change the result of any action.
It’s absolutely NOT CHANGEABLE.

To every action, a definite result has already been defined by Eishan Param Brahm Paramatma.
No one can change it.
Naabhuktam xeeyate karm, kalpkotishatairapi.’
Even after hundreds crores kalps, an action is not void, without its result.’

Lord Vishnu: Garud Puran

So, if you want a certain result, you have to do a certain work.
If you want justice, you have to fight.
You can choose your actions only, not results.
The results are already defined by Eishan Param Brahm Paramatma.
‘Your right is in WORK ONLY, NEVER IN RESULTS.’
‘Karmanyevaadhikaaraste maa phaleshu kadaachan.’

‘Ut devaa avhitam devaa unnayathaa punah’: ‘”Love the sinner and hate the sin”

Ut devaa avhitam devaa unnayathaa punah‘: ‘”Love the sinner and hate the sin”

DSM Satyarthi

“Love the sinner and hate the sin” .
It is not the translation of the Mantraansh ‘Ut devaa avhitam devaa unnayathaa punah’.
It is a famous quotation from Saint Augustine‘s ‘Cofessions.’:
“Love the sinner and hate the sin” (Cum dilectione hominum et odio vitiorum)(Opera Omnia, vol II. col. 962, letter 211.), literally “With love for mankind and hatred of sins “[30]

Ut devaa avhitam devaa unnyathaa punah,
Utaagashchakrusham devaa devaa jeevyathaa punah.’
‘Divine ones! Divine ones!
raise up the downtrodden.
And, Divine ones! Divine ones! Make him to live again, who hath done evil.’
-Ved: 4 Atharv Ved: 4/13/1
Utaagashchakrusham devaa devaa jeevyathaa punah.’
‘And, Divine ones! Divine ones! Make him to live again, who hath done evil.’
-Ved: 4 Atharv Ved: 4/13/1

tells us that a person dies because of his/her evil doings.

It means if we control our actions, we can control our life span as well.

It is clear now herefrom why Ved/ Eishan ParamBrahm Paramatma/Hinduism emphasizes us to be Indr, controller of organs;  so much.

There is another Mantr also that confirms this very conclusion:
‘Vidyaam chaavidyaanch yastadvedobhayagvong sah,
Avidyayaa mr’tyum teertvaa vidyayaamr’tamashnute.’

‘Science and nescience, who knows the both simultaneously; by nescience crossing the death, by science, he obtains the eternity.’
–Ved2 Yajurved|40|14

‘Avidyayaa mr’tyum teertvaa vidyayaamr’tamashnute.’
‘By nescience crossing the death, by science, he obtains the eternity.’

Thus, it also defines the ‘AAGAH”EVIL’.
It’s nothing else except NESCIENCE.
So, Ved tells us, not to resort to NESCIENCE so that we can live long, and ultimately can WIN OVER DEATH too.
We can’t do it, if we don’t work at all:
‘Kurvanneveh karmaan’i’
‘Only Doing works here.’

Saint Augustine of Hippo, hasn’t preached anything else when he preached:
“Love the sinner and hate the sin” (Cum dilectione hominum et odio vitiorum)(Opera Omnia, vol II. col. 962, letter 211.), literally “With love for mankind and hatred of sins “[30]

There are some questions from some persons on the article, since it was written.

I received the questions through E-mail.

I reproduce them here, along with the answers, for the benefit of all.

‘there is a question 1what meaning of aagah in vedik sanskrit .

‘Aagah’ in Vedic Sanskr’t means ‘sin/crime’.

2.after a long time a man hates sinner not his/her evil doings like ravan ,laden how we descrease hates to him.
It is not necessary to decrease the hate for him.
Actually we hate him for his sins.
If he hadn’t sinned we haven’t hated him ever.
So, practically, it’s enough if we understand the PRINCIPLE of —
Ut devaa avhitam devaa unnyathaa punah,
Utaagashchakrusham devaa devaa jeevyathaa punah.’
‘Divine ones! Divine ones!
raise up the downtrodden.
And, Divine ones! Divine ones! Make him to live again, who hath done evil.’
-Ved: 4 Atharv Ved: 4/13/1and ACT ACCORDINGLY.

We can’t raise any downtrodden till we don’t stop to hate him.
Lord Ram did not send Laxman to Ravan, when Ravan was dying, to learn politics from him, hating Ravan.
He killed Ravan.
But this single action from him, tells us, that he did not kill him because he hated him.
He killed Ravan, because he had to punish him.
It was actually death sentence to Ravan, because he dishonored an Ammulkaynat, Khadeejah Alkitab.
Lord Ram could not forgive Ravan for it.
Only, Ammulkaynat, Khadeejah Alkitab could forgive him.
She did not.
Hence the death sentence was administered ultimately.

3 how much time should be given to descrease their sins i mean what is the last limit of his/her when will we punish them.

Lord Ram sent Pavan Putr and Angad to Ravan to explain  the situation.

We have to do the same and give proper time to understand as Lord Ram did to Ravan.
It depends on practical situations to determine the length of time necessary.
It may differ from situations to situations.

Write again, if you have still some questions.

DSM Satyarthi

Challenger, a hate monger; writes:

Mercy of Hindu woman towards the horse:

Despicable
To insult and humiliate women further, the religious books speak of women having sexual intercourse with animals or expressing desire for intercourse with them. What further insult can be heaped on women.
In ‘Yajur Veda’ such references are found at a number of places where the principal wife of the host is depicted as having intercourse with a horse.

For example consider the following hymn:
“All wife of the host reciting three mantras go round the horse. While praying, they say:’O horse, you are, protector of the community on the basis of good qualities, you are, protector or treasure of happiness. O horse, you become my husband.'” – Yajur Veda 23/19.

The original Mantr:
‘Gan’aanaam tvaa gan’patigvong havaamahe,
priyaan’aam tvaa priy’patigvong havaamahe,
nidheenaam tvaa nidhipatigvong havaamahe,
Vaso! mam aahamajaani garbhadhamaa
tvamajaasi garbhdham.’

‘Of troops thee troop-leader we call,
Of loved ones thee, leader of loved ones we call,
Of treasures thee, lord of treasures we call,
O who arranges dwellings and wealth! Mine. I do know properly the one who makes pregnant.
You know properly the one who makes pregnant.’

Where is there any mention of any horse?

The hate monger writes:
‘Despicable
To insult and humiliate women further, the religious books speak of women having sexual intercourse with animals or expressing desire for intercourse with them. What further insult can be heaped on women.’

We don’t find any such thing in the text.
Instead, on quite contrary, we find here:
‘aahamajaani garbhadhamaa
tvamajaasi garbhdham.’

‘I do know properly the one who makes pregnant.
You know properly the one who makes pregnant.’

Who is this ONE WHO MAKES PREGNANT:’GARBHADH’?
The reciter/writer/revealer of the Mantr knows him PROPERLY:’AA AJAANI’.
The follower/hearer of Mantr also knows him PROPERLY:’TVAM AJAASI’

He is the one famous in Ved:
Udyachchhadhvamap raxo hanaathemaam
naareem SUKR’TE dadhaat.
Dhaataa vipashchit patimasyai vived,
bhago raajaa pur etu prajaanan.

Stand up/Raise ye. Smite away the demons. SET THIS WOMAN for WELL DOER. Inspired holder/guardian must know especially the husband for her. The well knowing politician come first/ahead for her genital organ.’
Ved: 4 Atharv Ved: 14/1/59

Ved is very careful in the matter.
It does not recognize the right of any DUSHKR’T to make a woman pregnant.
It calls them ‘RAXAH”THE DEMONS’.
It orders its followers to stand up, to raise themselves and to SMITE AWAY THE DEMONS:’AP RAXO HANAATH‘.
It orders in clear words:
‘SET THIS WOMAN for WELL DOER’
‘IMAAM NAAREEM SUKR’TE DADHAAT‘.
It allows no carelessness in the matter:
Inspired holder/guardian must know especially the husband for her.’
Dhaataa vipashchit patimasyai vived‘.

Here in Yajurved, it is as careful too as it is in Atharv Ved 14|1|59:
‘I do know properly the one who makes pregnant.
You know properly the one who makes pregnant.’
aahamajaani garbhadhamaa
tvamajaasi garbhdham.’

Only a hate monger, like Challenger, can imagine a horse here.
No such word is there IN TEXT.

Hinduism builds its society on SUKR’TS, not on horses as the hate mongers claim.
Hinduism, thus, builds a society of SUKR’TS’ ‘WELL DOERS’ only.
An evil doer does not have any matrimonial rights, in Hinduism, thus; while the woman marrying him, is not bound to be a well doer.
She may be a well doer, she may be NOT.
Any woman can marry a Sukr’t, even if she does not agree with his system of life.
That’s why PITR’YAGY’, Not MAATR’YAGY’.
That’s why ‘ANUVRATAH PITUH PUTRO’, not ‘Anuvratah MAATUH putro’
That’s why PATRIARCHAL SYSTEM OF HINDUISM, not Matriarchal.
It’s not gender biased actually.
It’s GOOD DEED biased, to build an eternal humane society MARCHING AGGRESSIVELY TO INFINITE DIVINITY always.
Ut devaa avhitam devaa unnyathaa punah,
Utaagashchakrusham devaa devaa jeevyathaa punah.’
Divine ones! Divine ones!
raise up the downtrodden.
And, Divine ones! Divine ones! Make him to live again, who hath done evil.’
Ved: 4 Atharv Ved: 4/13/1

Om ishe tvorjje tvaa vaayav sth’ devo vah savitaa praarpayatu shreshthtamaay’ karman’aapyaayadhvamaghnyaa’in draay’ bhaagam prajaavateeranameevaa’ayaxmaa maa v’ sten eishat maaghshagvagvonso dhruvaa’asmin gopatau syaat bahveeryajmaanasy’ pashoonpaahi.’

‘Om! for food/the energy of desire, thee. For energy, thee. Breezes are ye. Divine Creator impel, you all, to noblest work. Complete properly, Inviolable female! share for the controller of organs.Rich in offspring/subject. Free from sickness. Free from diminishing. No thief rule on you, no evil-praiser. Be constant in this master of ‘go’, numerous! Guard the cattle of the worshiper.’
Ved: 2 Yajurved: 1/1

Lord Kr’shn announces:

‘Yada yada hi dharmasy’ glaanirbhavati, Bhaarat!
abhyutthaanamadharmasy’, tadaatmaanam sr’jaamyaham.
paritraan’aay’ saadhoonaam,
VINAASHAAY’ CH’ DUSHKR’TAAM,
DHARMSANSTHAAPNAARTHAAY’ sambhavaami yuge yuge.’

‘Whenever persons feel humiliation for noble deeds, Bhaarat! and pride on evil deeds; then I create myself. To protect the nobles and to destroy the wickeds, to establish humanity leading to divinity, I do appear in every era.’
Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta: 4/7-8

VINAASHAAY’ CH’ DUSHKR’TAAM’
‘TO DESTROY THE WICKEDS’
DHARMSANSTHAAPNAARTHAAY’
‘to establish humanity leading to divinity’

What is Dharmsansthaapan?
What is establishment of humanity leading to divinity?
Destruction of wickeds: VINAASHAAY’ CH’ DUSHKR’TAAM’
Then who will remain?
Obvously,
SUKR’TS:THE NOBLES.
IMAAM NAAREEM SUKR’TE DADHAAT
‘SET THIS WOMAN FOR WELL DOER.’
To whom particular well doer?
The woman HERSELF will decide it, none else:

Brahmcharyen’ kanyaa yuvaanam vindate patim,
anadvaan brahmcharyen’aashvo ghaasam jigeershati.’

‘By following orders of Brahm, girl obtains a young husband. By following orders of Brahm, a draft ox, a horse, strives to gain food.’
Ved: 4 Atharv Ved: 11/7/18

Only the foolish and childish persons, like Hassan 007, and Challenger; can claim, thus, that women are not given any right, or mistreated, in Hinduism.

The ridiculous thing is, that they claim, a religion, that says women have half authenticity than men for evidences in courts, a religion that does not acknowledge that a woman is raped till there are not four eye witnesses, has given more rights to womankind than Hinduism.
Even blind communalism must have some limits of its idiosyncrasies.

The same Challenger, the same hate monger, in the same post, writes further:

‘After the animal is purified by the priest, the principal wife sleeps near the horse and says: “O Horse, I extract the semen worth conception and you release the semen worth conception'” – Yajur Veda 23/20.’

The hate monger is doing the same what he did in Mantr 23|19.
The original Mantr is:
‘Taa’ubhau chaturah padah samprasaaryaav svarge loke prorn’uvaathaam vr’shaa vaajee retodhaa reto dadhaatu.’

‘They, you both! spread properly four steps. Get, you both! in paradise. You both are producers of rain, holy fighters, capable in semen. Donate semen.’
-Ved: 2 Yajurved: 23|20

Every one can see that there isn’t any horse in the original text. There isn’t any wife of Challenger to sleep with that imaginary horse.
I’m unable to understand why he is so much anxious to make his wife to sleep with a horse.
I can understand that he can’t satisfy her.
So what?
I’m here for it.
He can rely on me that his wife will be fully satisfied.
There isn’t any need to make her sleep with a horse.
Ridiculous.

The four steps to be spread in the Mantr, are Dharm, Arth, Kaam and Mox.
The Mantr says that spreading these four elements, takes the spreaders into paradise:’SVARGE LOKE PRORN’UVAATHAAM’.

The moron writes further:
‘Then the host, while praying to the horse says:
“O horse, please throw semen on the upper part of the anus of my wife. Expand your penis and insert it in the vagina because after insertion, this penis makes women happy and lively” – 23/21.’

He must not worry.
I’ll do these every thing to his wife, and even more whatever she likes to.
However, there isn’t any such nonsense in the Mantr:

‘Utsakthyaa’av gudam dhehi
samanjim chaaryaa, vr’shan!
y’ streen’aam jeevbhojanah.’

‘Between thighs and anus, give. O capable in semen! spread light properly, which is life-food for the women.’
-Ved: 2 Yajurved: 23|21

The Mantr is telling to release semen into proper place, not elsewhere, as the fanatics do. Moreover, it should be done to spread light properly,’SAMANJIM CHAARYAA’, not only to enjoy it.
This act is a responsible act. Don’t take it lightly.
It is arranged so that one can get children and shift his/her debt to Eishan, Divine ones, teacher’s, father’s, mother’s etc. to those children, to continue the great work of spreading light, infinitely.

‘In the Vedic age, the customs of polygamy was prevalent. Each wife spent most of the time devising ways and means to become favorite to her husband.
Clear references are available in ‘Rig Veda’,(14/45),’ and Atharva Veda (3/81)’

R’g Ved 14|45 is wrong reference.
R’g Ved does not have any 14th Mandal.
There are only 10 Mandals in R’g Ved.
It can’t be 14th Ashtak even.
R’g Ved has only 8 Ashtaks.

Atharv Ved 3|81 is again wrong reference.
Atharv Ved Kand/Book 3 contains only 31 Sookts/hymns, NOT 81.

So, there is our Challenger, and his so called challenge.
Om, shanno mitrah, sham varun’ah, shanno bhavatvaryyamaa!

 DSM Satyarthi

Some persons are constantly trying to make me Christian.

I respect their proposal and concern for me.

Nevertheless, Sorry, I don’t submit.
It’s not that I hate Christianity.
No. I don’t hate any religion, neither Christianity, nor any one else.
I don’t hate Atheism either.
These all ideologies have their own place and as such, their own importance.
It’s up to a person HIMSELF to decide which ideology, out of them, is better for him/her and for the entire humanity, too.

I think, and I have reasons for it, that ONLY Hinduism is better for me, and for the entire human beings.

I’m entitled and authorized to it.

The  question is: How to react when some unwanted wicked strikes you?

I do agree, our first approach should be:

‘Bahuri vandi khaljan satibhaayen,Je binu kaaj daahine baayen.’

‘I pay multifold respect to the unwanted wicked who are, without any reason, disturb me, every now and then.’
Shri Ramcharit Manas: 1 Balkand: 3|1

Till this point, there’s no difference of opinion.
The difference arises hereafter.
The wicked, thinks, it is a weakness of their adversary and he strikes.
What should one do?
Christianity says:
‘Turn your other cheek to him.’
Hinduism says:
Ye yathaa maam prapadyante taanstathaiv bhajaamyaham

‘I treat them as they approach  me.’

This is the policy, our Lord Kr’shn stated in Shrimadbhagvad Geeta, and himself practiced .
He enjoyed a successful life, following this policy, and never got crucified.

Shrimadbhagvad Geeta is a worldwide appreciated scripture now.
Not only the Hindus, even a large number of Non-Hindus do also appreciate it.
On the other hand, Lord Jesus Christ proposed:
‘Turn your other cheek to the wicked.’
What happened to him?
He led a life full of miseries and ultimately GOT CRUCIFIED.

What’s wrong there, if I don’t want to get crucified?
What’s wrong there, if I don’t want to lead a life full of miseries?
What’s wrong there if I want to meet my wicked adversaries in the same way, they want to meet me?
I’m not asking you to do the same.
You are absolutely free to follow any policy you want to.

You are allowed to be a Christian if you want to.
You are allowed to lead a life full of miseries if you want to.
You are allowed to get crucified if you want to.
I don’t want any nonsense of it.
So, I’m vowed to follow Lord Kr’shn‘.
I’m vowed to practice Hinduism.
Please don’t disturb me any more, if you don’t want to be disturbed yourself.
Best of luck, Christians!

I sympathize with you in the same way you sympathize with me.

We have chosen different kind of life system to practice.

Naturally the result we’d achieve will also be different.

They tell me, leading a life full of miseries is spirituality.
What do they mean?
Lord Kr’shn did not lead a spiritual life?
They tell me, getting crucified is actually being spiritual.
What do they mean?
Lord Kr’shn were not spiritual?
Nonsense!
That’s not our path.
Our path is that of Karm, not that of a belief that have a faith on someone who let him crucified for the sins of the persons who have a faith on him.

The full shlok from Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta, is:
‘Ye yathaa maam prapadyante
taanstathaiv bhajaamyaham’
mam vartmaanuvartante manushyaah,
Paarth! sarvashah.

‘I treat them exactly as they approach me.
The people follow my path, Paarth! without any exception.’
Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta: 4/11.

‘without any exception.”sarvashah’ means,

according to Lord Kr’shn, it’s human nature.
There’s no exception to it.
We ourselves know, by our own experiences,

that Lord Kr’shn is absolutely right.

Actually, he hasn’t enunciated any new principle here, to Arjun.
He has only reiterated, in his own words, this very Ved Mantr:

Maayaabhirindr! maayinam,
tvam shushnamavaatirah,
vidushte tasy’ medhiraasteshaam
shravaansyuttir.’

‘By stratagems, O controller of organs! thou cut in pieces the deceiver exsiccator.
The intellectuals know thy this.
Bestow food upon them.’
–Ved:1 R’gved: 1/11/7.

If we go through Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta, we find, Lord Kr’shn has actually reminded Arjun what is told to us all IN VED.
Nothing else!

Why did Lord Kr’shn marry 16,100 Sheikhzadis?:DSM Satyarthi

Why did Lord Kr’shn’ marry 16,100

Sheikhzadis?

DSM Satyarthi

I have faced so many questions on the subject on Pakistan Forum.
On Hindu Forum, the questions are not addressed to me directly.
Yet, they are there too.
I had promised to answer the question, as soon as I get proper time for it.
Unfortunately, other more important questions did not allow me to do it till now.
Now, let’s analyze the truth.

Shrimad Bhaagvat Mahapuraan’am, Skandh/volume 10: Chapter 59/ shlok 32 tells us:
‘Iti Bhoomyarthito vaagbhirbhagvaan bhaktinamrayaa,
datvaabhayam Bhaumgr’ham praavishatsakalarddhimat.’

‘When Bhoomi requested so, with the words with polite devotion; Lord gave her ‘DON’T FEAR’-ASSURANCE. He, master of all wealths and glamor, entered the palace of Bhaum.’

Next shlok states:
‘Tatr raajany’kanyaanaam shatsahasraadhikaayutam,
Bhaumhr’taanaam vikramy’ raajabhyo dadr’she Harih.’
‘There, the Lord saw more than 16000 daughters of kings.’

THEY WERE KIDNAPPED BY BHAUM.’
-Shrimad Bhaagvat Mahapuraan’am: Skandh/volume 10: Chapter 59/ shlok 33
The critics try their best to hide this utmost important truth, that they were KIDNAPPED SHEIKHZADIS.
They were not free women.
How many great persons of the critics can marry such  kidnapped girls?
They tell the story as if it was the sexual pleasure Lord Kr’shn were after.
If the critics are true, then WHY THE KIDNAPPED ONES?
WHY NOT VIRGINS?
WHY NOT FREE BEAUTIES?
WHY THE USED ONES BY BHAUMASUR?

Vishnu Puran’ states:
‘Devsiddhaasuraadeenaam nr’paanaam ch’, Janaardan!
hr’tvaa hi so’surah kanyaa rurodh nijmandire.’
‘The wicked had KIDNAPPED the daughters of Kings of devs, siddhs, mlechchhs/Arabs etc. and had stopped them in his own palace.’
-Vishnu Puran: 5/29/9

‘IN HIS OWN PALACE’ ‘NIJMANIRE’, not in the prison.
Naturally, he was not treating them as his sisters/daughters.
Even the worst critics can understand that none is so foolish as to kidnap the critics’ daughters/sisters, put them in his own home and NOT BED WITH THEM.
So, the unfortunate girls were bedded with that wicked, named Bhaumaasur.
Gentlemen! How many of you can marry with such unfortunate girls?
Criticism is easy, but WHERE’S YOUR OWN HUMANITY?
What else should, in your bright opinion, our Lord have done?
LET THEM SUICIDE?
LET THEM DIE?
Would then he had done right?

Vishn’u Puran‘ further states:
‘Kanyaapure s’ kanyaanaam shodashaatuly’vikramah,
shataadhikaani dadr’she sahasraani, mahaamate!’

‘In the bedroom part, Wise one! that unique vigorous saw 16,100 young women.’
-Vishn’u Puran’: 5/29/31

Shrimad Bhaagvat Mahapuraan’am, Skandh/volume 10: Chapter 59/ shlok 34 states further:
‘Tam pravishtam striyo veexy’ narvaryam vimohitaah,
mansaa vavrire’bheeshtam patim daivopsaaditam.’

‘The women saw the best man, entering. The unfortunate kidnapped ones, madly influenced, analyzing, selected him, wanted husband, mentally.’

‘Bhooyaatpatirayam mahyam, Dhaataa! tadanumodataam,
iti sarvaah pr’thakKr’shne bhaaven hr’dayam dadhuh.’

‘God! let this man be my husband.
All of them, separately, established this emotion in the heart.’
-Shrimad Bhaagvat Mahapuraan’am: Skandh/volume 10: Chapter 59/ shlok 35

So, the truth is that Lord Kr’shn’ was not mad at their beauty, and decided to marry them.
IT WAS THE OTHER WAY ROUND.
EXACTLY OPPOSITE.
The young women were mad at our Lord’s manly vigor.
It were they who decided and pleaded him to be their husband.
So, if the worst critics want to close their eyes to the SOCIAL ANGLE of the problem, and insist shamelessly on the SEX ANGLE alone;
even then the sex wishes go to the account of the unfortunate, kidnapped, young Sheikhzadis, not to Lord Kr’shn‘.
HE OBLIGED THEM, not wooed them.

One should never wish to die: Ved hates death

One should never wish to die:

Ved hates death

DSM Satyarthi

Yajurved: Chapter 40: Mantr 2 states:

Kurvanneveh karmaan’i
jijeevishechchhatagvong samaah,
Evam tvayi naanyatheto’sti n’ karm lipyate nare.’

‘Only Doing works here
one should wish to live hundreds of years.
No way for thee but this
so action cleaveth not the man.’

Ved: 2Yajurved: 40/2.

lt’s clear that it contains the Mantraansh under discussion.

Jijeevishechchhatagvong samaah
‘One should wish to live hundreds of years.’
Ved is the Code of LIFE.
IT HATES DEATH.
It does not allow any SUICIDAL TENDENCIES, as some of the cultures do not only allow, rather preach death, under this or that pretext, like NIRVAAN‘ or else.

Ved is the SONG OF LIFE.
Somewhere else, it orders his followers:

Ut devaa avhitam devaa unnyathaa punah,
Utaagashchakrusham devaa devaa jeevyathaa punah.’

Divine ones! Divine ones!
raise up the downtrodden.
And, Divine ones! Divine ones! Make him to live again, who hath done evil.’

–Ved: 4 Atharv Ved: 4/13/1

Utaagashchakrusham devaa devaa jeevyathaa punah.’
‘And, Divine ones! Divine ones!

Make him to live again, who hath done evil.’

–Ved: 4 Atharv Ved: 4/13/1

tells us that a person dies because of his/her evil doings.

It’s a very important revelation.

It’s telling us why do we die.

It means, if we can avoid the basic root of the death, we can even LIVE FOREVER.

There is another Mantr also that confirms this very conclusion:
Vidyaam chaavidyaanch yastadvedobhayagvong sah,
Avidyayaa mr’tyum teertvaa vidyayaamr’tamashnute.’

‘Science and nescience, who knows the both simultaneously; by nescience crossing the death, by science, he obtains the eternity.’

–Ved: 2 Yajurved|40|14

Avidyayaa mr’tyum teertvaa vidyayaamr’tamashnute.’
‘By nescience crossing the death, by science, he obtains the eternity.’

It thus tells us how to cross death:

Avidyayaa mr’tyum teertvaa

‘By nescience crossing the death

Thus, it also defines the ‘AAGAH’ ‘EVIL’.
It’s nothing else, except NESCIENCE.
So, Ved tells us, not to resort to NESCIENCE so that we can live long, and ultimately can WIN OVER DEATH too.

We can’t do it, if we don’t work at all:

‘Kurvanneveh karmaani’
‘Only Doing works here.’

So, the key point to win the death and to live for ever, is WORK EVER:

‘Kurvanneveh karmaan’i’

Lord Kr’shn’ confirms it:

Karman’yevaadhikaaraste maa phaleshu kadaachan

maa karmphlheturbhoormaa te sango’stvakarmani.

‘Your right is in WORK ONLY, NEVER IN RESULTS. Don’t be KARMPHALHETU. Don’t be obsessed in worklessness.’

Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta: 2/47

Never surrender to laziness.

Nature does not help the lazy ones to live and enjoy life even.

Kurvanneveh karmaan’i
jijeevishechchhatagvong samaah,
Evam tvayi naanyatheto’sti n’ karm lipyate nare.

‘Only Doing works here
one should wish to live hundreds of years.
No way for thee but this
so action cleaveth not the man.’
