Don’t Surrender to it:

Lesson from Life of Karn‘

We are having a continuous discussion now, in Hindu forum, whether Karn’ was a good man or bad.
some say, he was a good man. Some say he was bad.
Actually, what was he?
Some say, it’s a madness to discuss a fictitious character.
Why don’t you devote to something worthwhile?
It’s not creative.
Not productive.
So, why waste your time in this futile discussion?

Some say, even if, Karn‘ was not a fictitious character, there’s no use in discussing a historical character, as old as at least 5000 years.

Some persons, who know me personally, are sending me frantic emails, asking me whether I’ve changed my mission of life: ‘Kr’nvanto Vishvamaaryam‘?
Why am I surrendering to such futile discussions?
Why I’m not devoting my time to explain Ved to the Ved-ignorant human beings?

Some have gone to the extent to ask me, am I afraid of Hind and the associates of Hind, so much that I’ve changed my life mission, itself?
I think, it’s a great compliment to Hind and the Associates of Hind, too; that some of the persons even think, I’m afraid of them.
I think, it can satisfy the ego of some of them, at least.
However, all these fears are baseless.

‘Some say, it’s a madness to discuss a fictitious character.
Why don’t you devote to something worthwhile?
It’s not creative.
Not productive.
So, why waste your time in this futile discussion?’

I don’t agree with this statement.
Even fictitious characters are based on experiences of life of their creators.
We are NOT discussing whether Karn‘ was a fictitious character or not.

No! We are not discussing it.
It has another importance, and another bearing.
We are discussing what does his life teach us.
It’s important.
It teaches, change the society, don’t surrender to it, otherwise you’ll be as failure, as Karn‘ was.
This message is important to us all, whether we are a Hindu or not.
Karn’ was not only a character.
He was a character who had his own ambitions.
We all have them.
That’s why it’s important to us to learn from his life, not to make mistakes, he had made. voluntarily or not, it does not make any difference.

It’s ridiculous.
Actually, the persons, suggesting it, are suggesting not to discuss on history.
It’s a foolish suggestion.
History should be discussed extensively, to learn the useful lessons for us, from it.
