The Evernew Hinduism: Yaathaatathyatah: Ved 2|40|8

The Evernew Hinduism:

Yaathaatathyatah:

Ved 2|40|8

DSM Satyarthi

Hinduism/Ved says:

‘S’ paryyagāchchhukramakāyamavrañamasnāviragvong shuddhamapāpviddham. Kavirmaneeshī paribhooh svayambhooryāthaatathyato’arthānvyadadhāchchhāshvatībhyah samaabhyah.’

‘He has been attained from everywhere–
Bright, Bodiless, Woundless, Sinewless, the Pure that evil hasn’t pierced.
Intelligent, Analyzer, Omnipresent, Self existent, has constituted aims, ACCORDING TO FACTS,unto everlasting subjects/ years.’

This very important Mantr forms the foundation of Hinduism.
It describes Eishan Param Brahm Paramatma in its unique way.
The qualities attributed to Him are–
1. He has been attained from everywhere.
It confirms another earlier revealed Ved Mantr:
Ekam sadvipra bahudha vadanti
‘The intelligent Ones call One Existence, in many ways.’
–Ved:1RV|1|164|46
This Mantr confirms that from EVERYWHERE, He has been attained.
None missed Him.
It forms, thus, the religious democracy, Hindus practice.
2. ‘Shukram’Bright. He is not darkness, and doesn’t contain anything dark.
3. ‘Akaayam’Bodiless. He hasn’t any body whatsoever, neither He needs it.
4. ‘Avranam’Woundless. No body, no wound; it’s self explicit.
5. ‘Asnaaviram’ Sinewless. No human weaknesses at all.
6. ‘Shuddham’Pure.Nothing impure in Him.
7. ‘Apaapviddham’ that evil hasn’t pierced. A great expression, MATCHLESS. Not found anywhere else.
8. ‘Kavih’ Intelligent. His work is not foolish or childish.
9. ‘Maneeshee’ Analyzer. He is quite capable to analyze everything before constituting about it.
10. ‘Paribhooh’ Omnipresent. His constitution cannot be confined to any single place or time.
11. ‘Svayambhooh’ Self Existent. He is not dependent on anyone even for His Existence.

These ELEVEN qualities make Him perfectly capable to be worshiped by all intelligent persons.

Yet, the Mantr tells something more.

It says:

Yaathaatathyatah

According to facts

The Ved, and consequently, every religious scripture of Hinduism; must be interpreted ‘According to facts‘.

I’ve already discussed, in so many articles of mine, that according to Ved, Hinduism has build up its eternal palace on only two basic principles:

1. ‘Dhiyo yo nah prachodayaat’.

Gaayatri Mantr

2. ‘Yaathaatathyatah’

‘According to facts’

Ved 2 Yajurved 40|8

Now, the facts are relative things.

We all have Universal Facts, as well as our own Individual Facts.

We all have experienced something unique that the rest of us have never experienced.

Neither, it is likely ever to have the same set of experiences as some other individual of us has.

The wisdom is generated from our knowledge and experiences.

As we differ with each other in both of them, we have our individual wisdom differing in some contexts with each other.

Similarly, both knowledge and  experiences differ with time too.

That’s why Eishān Param Brahm Paramātmā/Ved says:

S’ paryyagāchchhukramakāyamavrañamasnāviragvong shuddhamapāpviddham.

Intelligent, Analyzer, Omnipresent, Self existent, has constituted aims, ACCORDING TO FACTS,unto everlasting subjects/ years.’

everlasting’subjects/ years, both. ‘shāshvatībhyah samābhyah’

Knowledge and experiences differ both from person to person and time to time.

The Mantr covers the both.

We are experiencing something different than our ancestors did.

Our children are experiencing something different than we did.

Therefore, their knowledge and wisdom is somewhat different from us.

That’s why their interpretations of Ved and the other religious scriptures.

We understand our every new knowledge and experience according to our own personal past knowledge, experiences and wisdom.

Hence, the fact that Hinduism/Ved is everancient yet Evernew.

‘Devasy’ pashy’ kaavyam n’mamaar n’ jeeryati’

‘Look at the Wisdom/Poetry of the Divine, neither expired nor is out of date.
